The meaning is that Nameless have the two girl's permission to control them and the background of each means:
Kaila: seems nice but she is a cold person inside 
Nameless: She doesn't seem cold in this sadly XD but she is the one who look tough but always sad 
Kamui: Looks friendly but since it's a red background i guess it is clear enough XD
